“pg_living_assertions” is the name of this project, owned by Manuel Reyes Bravo.
The PostgreSQL License covers the code. It does not grant rights to the project name. You may say that your work uses, works with or is based on pg_living_assertions. A fork or a modified distribution must use a different name, so that nobody mistakes it for this project or its guarantees.
